Dave McIntosh –
I purchased the Max transit duo based on the recommendation of Tim at West. My application is live streaming weddings and events ar sites without reliable Internet. I use the ATEM mini pro switcher that encodes and feeds to the network. Most live streaming network gear requires a HDMI or SDI feed. This device is Network based and AMAZING, mine is equipped with a Verizon and AT&T SIMs. West networks remotely configured the device in 10 minutes based on my needs. West set up SpeedFusion on all interfaces so I can use bandwidth from the 4G wireless, 802.11 wireless or wired Internet. I select on the fly what signals I want to use.
My first time using it on site I had no usable hotel Internet only 4G. I was getting 48 Mbps down and 38 Mbps up In a rural/suburban location. My experience with the Peplink Max Transit duo and West Networks are a great choice.
