The Balance 20 is a Small Business router recommended for 1-60 users. Users is relative though. The average person counts as 4 users due to many devices being used at once such as computer, printer, cellular phone, office phone etc. When using VoIP though, be sure to triple this number. (Yes, I said triple!)
